CaliforniaMortgageDirect.com is looking for experienced mortgage professionals Loan Originators - Loan Officers with previous inside sales success to sell and close Conventional, FHA and VA residential home Mortgages through our in-house, mortgage banking operation. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Develop relationships and close home loans with previous and new customers via company-provided leads (100%). We don’t buy leads we create our own!
WHAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU:
- We fund our loans as a Direct Mortgage Banker or Direct Lender with large, Investors & we are a DIRECT FANNIE MAE SELLER/SERVICER.

- In-house mortgage operations team (processing, underwriting, closing, etc.) to ensure your loans get through the system fast and clean the first time

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales prospecting, negotiation and closing experience
- At least 2 years of previous mortgage sales experience required (preferably in retail)
- Must possess a valid California Mortgage Loan Originator License issued by the California Department of Corporations (DOC)
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with technology, POS/LOS, CRM, Google Apps, Pricing Engine, Point, Excel.
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
